Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
✅ The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached.
✅ The item must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
✅ The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

⚠️ Final Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at hoops@lowkeyballers.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We will provide you with a return authorization #. 
2. Ship the Item(s) Back:  Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Securely pack the item and ship it back by your preferred shipping carrier. 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

⚠️ Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hoops@lowkeyballers.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
